A qualification tells you what someone has completed. It does not tell you how they will
speak to a patient who is frightened, or what they will do when the waiting room is full
and you are running forty minutes behind.

dates. We will tell you honestly what is possible rather than promising a timeline we

Do we have to use you exclusively? No. Many practices already have recruitment
contacts. We are often used alongside them for the roles that are harder to fill.
